Pre-Orders
Pre-order will be available for certain items so you can secure products before they sell out. The pre-order timeframe will vary based on the transit time to our Australian warehouse and is listed on the product information page at time of ordering.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we will dispatch immediately via Toll Road Express or Australia Post and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping
Free shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
Shipping times
Delivery within Australia: Orders are dispatched daily from our Brisbane warehouse, Monday to Friday, business days only.
East Coast (Metro) delivery - please allow 3-5 working days
Regional and non-East Coast - please allow 7-10 workings days.
We ship via Australia Post and select couriers. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business days.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so you’re able to track the delivery of your goods. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised.

Returns Policy
Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bbcools.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is initiated, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty items
We offer a 6 month warranty on BB~Cools products caused by manufacturing defects. To obtain a refund for a faulty product, please email hello@bbcools.com with the following details:

Please note, damage caused by misuse will void your warranty. Please ensure you care for your BB by following the care instructions provided.
