Refund policy

Returns Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bbcools.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is initiated, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
